Educational purpose
The app is provided strictly for medical education and self-study. It is not a medical device and is not intended for clinical decision making. See the disclaimer.
Your account
- You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure.
- One account per person. Do not share access.
- You may delete your account at any time.
Acceptable use
- Do not enter real patient identifiers or any protected health information.
- Do not attempt to interfere with the service, its security, or other users.
- Do not scrape or republish the case content without permission.
Intellectual property
The interface, copy, illustrations, case library, and source layout are owned by the project maintainer. You retain ownership of anything you create yourself outside the app.
Service "as is"
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the project maintainer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app, including any clinical decision influenced by its output.
Changes
These terms may be updated. Material changes will be noted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the project maintainer is established. Specific jurisdiction will be added in a future revision.
